“உன் வழியை கர்த்தருக்கு ஒப்புவித்து, அவர் மேல் நம்பிக்கையாயிரு; அவரே காரியத்தை வாய்க்கப்பண்ணுவார்.”(சங்கீதம் 37:5).இவ்வசனத்தில் இரண்டு எபிரேய பதங்கள் காணப்படுகின்றன. ஒன்று “galal” (கலால்) “roll, roll away”, அதாவது “சுருட்டுதல்” இரண்டாவது “al’ (ல்) “upon” அதாவது ’மேலே’. ஆக இது எவ்விதமாக அர்த்தம் கொள்ளுகிறது என்றால் ‘Roll your way upon the Lord’ –‘தேவன் மேலே சுருட்டி வைத்துவிடு’ என்று பொருள்படும். ஆக இவ்வசனம் நமக்கு அறிவுறுத்துவது என்னவென்றால், நம்முடைய வழிகள் அனைத்தையும், நம்முடைய வாழ்வின் அனைத்து காரியங்கள், சிறிதோ, பெரிதோ, ஏனென்றால், நம்முடைய வாழ்வில், என்ன செய்ய வேண்டும்?, ஏது செய்ய வேண்டும்? எப்படி செய்ய வேண்டும்? என்பதை குறித்து நாம் அறீவீனர்கள், பலவீனர்கள். நம்முடைய வாழ்வில் (எதிர்பாராதவிதத்தில்) நிகழும் அனைத்தும் புரிந்துக்கொள்ள முடியாது, விளக்கப்படுத்தவும் முடியாது. ஆகவே, அனைத்தையும் அவர்மேலே ‘சுருட்டி’ போட்டு விடவேண்டும். இதே அர்த்தத்தில்தான் நீதி 16:3 சொல்லுகிறது “ உன் […]
